Why do some people hide their profile and yet still they come and view yours. They should be using their profile to send a message to the unsaved or to be an inspiration to someone else.

hahaha.. not! it is my choice to make the profile private, as it is about my life, about me... I use hi5 to share pics with close friends... so surely my private life is not for you all to see :)

I am referring to those who look at my profile and have theirs private. I have never seen you look at mine unless you have it set that I should see. I do not have anything to hide, my life is an open book. I think that a Christian should do all to bring others to Jesus. I do not go out and preach the gospel but if I can inspire someone by something on my site then it pleases me. You can hide from man but not God. I have mine open for that reason.. I don't mind if people want to look. Not everyone is into internet evangelism via a web page. I don't think it's any big deal really.

It doesn't mean I have things to hide, as in "you are a lier, you pretend to be someone who you are not", but as in "i don't like persons to invade my intimacy, I share only what I think it needs to be share" and there are SO MANY EVIL MINDS on the internet, it is not secure, so why expose myself? I have as friends the ones who are indeed friends, if there were no friends, the list would be called "enemies", or "acquaintances" or even "peeky eyes" but it is not. Anyone can make a profile and claim to be something that their not. Including religious, age, sex etc.....The profile is not going to change someone's view....It is how you teach the word that is important. I keep mine private as well. I just don't see where it is anyone's business to know my business unless I want them to know.
