At the moment I am also involved in a Cross-cultural study by the University of Amsterdam, in which a Dutch Personality Assessment is being validated. I offered the University to find some Indian Academics / Professionals who can make a 25 minute questionnaire. For me a good cause/excuse to contact my Indian friends again!
 
Maybe you can help me out to find some people who can participate. Or maybe you can finish the survey yourselves. Deadline to participate is July 31st. It is not easy for me to find participants.
